“My 1/4 glass had broken off my Kia. The glass was salvageable but I couldn't get it fixed due to Memorial weekend and no one else even answered the phones. Neighborhood Glass did. They couldn't get me in that day but they helped me with their next availability and explained pricing. He was knowledgeable and professional. I got it fixed today. Price and service were both great. “I cannot say enough great things about this company. I stopped in on a whim after a total mom moment… a slime/squishy toy exploded in my cup holder and left the worst sticky/gluey mess.
They immediately stopped what they were doing to help me, no hesitation, no questions asked. It’s one of those situations where most places probably would’ve turned me away or told me to come back later, but they went above and beyond right then and there.
The level of kindness and customer service honestly stood out more than anything. They didn’t have to help me, but they chose to, and that says a lot.
