Joel was the claims advisor/tech who worked on my car, and his attention to detail really showed. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and welcoming, and the friendly dog in the lobby made the whole experience even nicer.

“I highly recommend Howard's Auto Detailing and Ceramic Coatings. My maroon car had tiny flecks of white paint on the hood and windshield that had been sprayed on the car when following a dump truck and they were able to get all of this off. “I highly recommend Tracy’s Body Shop. They got me back on the road within 30 days, before my insurance stopped paying for the rental car. Other shops told me it’d take 2 months. Tracy finished the body work in 2 weeks & then the dealership had to do something but Tracy made sure the dealership was done before day 30. I told Tracy that getting my vehicle back within 30 days was very important to me & he made sure that happened. Tracey’s Body Shop is fantastic, quality work, great communication, outstanding customer service, 5 stars, & for sure the best experience I’ve ever had at a body shop.”

He could’ve informed every step of the way, and even when above and beyond and was able to get the insurance company to agree to attend both windows in the front that way they matched the driver side window had to be replaced!
