“I cannot say enough great things about this company. I stopped in on a whim after a total mom moment… a slime/squishy toy exploded in my cup holder and left the worst sticky/gluey mess.
They immediately stopped what they were doing to help me, no hesitation, no questions asked. It’s one of those situations where most places probably would’ve turned me away or told me to come back later, but they went above and beyond right then and there.
The level of kindness and customer service honestly stood out more than anything. They didn’t have to help me, but they chose to, and that says a lot.
Five stars all the way. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to anyone I know.”
“I highly recommend Tracy’s Body Shop. They got me back on the road within 30 days, before my insurance stopped paying for the rental car. Other shops told me it’d take 2 months. Tracy finished the body work in 2 weeks & then the dealership had to do something but Tracy made sure the dealership was done before day 30. I told Tracy that getting my vehicle back within 30 days was very important to me & he made sure that happened. Tracey’s Body Shop is fantastic, quality work, great communication, outstanding customer service, 5 stars, & for sure the best experience I’ve ever had at a body shop.”
