“My wife needed batteries changed in a few of her watches and we went to JewelTech after a brief search. The lady worker provided a reasonable price and would have the three watches ready within one hour. Upon our return arrival, the watches were ready and in good working order.
Subsequently I took three more of my father's watches for battery replacement. Once again, a great experience.

“I went in looking for a specific watch and Moody’s had a large watch selection, and the watch I wanted. The person who helped me was very nice, but I have to get them a four star review because they couldn’t remove links from the watch for me because the didn’t have the correct tool in the star. Not usually a big deal, but in this case I waited 30 minutes for them to change to the band I wanted on the watch, fiddle with it forever only to change back to a different band and then sent it home with me to size myself. Slightly annoying, but overall a decent experience.”
