Long story:My husband and I set out a few months ago to merge into a family plan but after visiting different locations for his carrier and mine we were confused and had even more questions. So we didn't make a decision. Yesterday my husband went into the Sand Springs ATT store and spoke with Sean about getting me a watch for mothers day. He needed me to come back with him later that day and Sean was very open about the time it would take for an upgrade and getting the watch. So we decided to come back the next day. Sean gave us the attention we needed while still greeting incoming customers. He helped us understand our options and because of his service we not only upgraded my husband's phone and got a watch but we transferred our lines, upgraded our internet, brought accessories and a tablet. You may be thinking he sold us but the truth is my husband and I have been looking to merge and update our family. Sean earned our business and deserved the sales for how well he took care of our family and worked around our schedule. His coworker was also very helpful in assisting Sean and taking care of people coming in. He was also very kind in his interactions with us. Great teamwork.”
