“I have been with Verizon since 2022. I have other services through Verizon as well including the internet. I can honestly say that Russell cellular has always did right by me and they have always strive to get me an answer t9 my issues!!! They treat you like fam!!! Not like they treat you at an actual Verizon store... This is where you want your home store to be... trust me!! I do alot of reviews and I am always honest on them. Go to Russell and get your Verizon hook up!! God bless hope this helps you!”

“The lady that helped me and my sister was super helpful and I love the iPhone she helped me order. Her name was Alexis and she was professional and courteous. Couldn’t be more pleased with the customer experience. Ten out of five stars”

“Yes, my name is Melissa Kerr, Nicole went beyond her means to make sure that I had a phone I have never seen such good customer service out of anybody... She had excellent customer service skills she's professional but yet friendly. I would recommend her to absolutely anybody I could go on and on about how polite she was etcetera but my point is this woman needs a raise she needs a pat on the back and she needs to be noticed thank you and thanks for having somebody that knows what they're doing has patients have skills all in one bundle. Thank you Nicole for everything you did you are tremendous and I truly truly truly thank you”

“This man right here? Chris IS LEGEND. If Chuck Norris, a golden retriever, and a microwave that makes perfect popcorn had a baby — it would still fall short of my homie. He once parallel parked a shopping cart. Backwards. Blindfolded. While explaining quantum physics to a squirrel. Not only is he the human version of a cheat code, but he also gives off the vibe of someone who could win a rap battle using only dad jokes and still get signed by a record label. Would I trust him with my life? Absolutely. Would I trust him to babysit my plants? Maybe not. But that’s okay, because he’s too busy doing backflips into greatness. 10/5 stars. NASA called — they want their star back. ?”

“I enjoy every visit but probably not as much as my daughter. She's made friends with Tyger who has been great with every visit and helpful with every task needed completed. She is completely knowledgeable and easy to understand when communicating. I have done business at this location for a long time and will always return here.”

“Great customer service went out of his way to help me. I feel the store was clean. He was knowledgeable. He took the time to do what I needed done even though what I was getting done was free because customer service waived the fees. He still went above and beyond the call of duty to get me taken care of”
