“After extremely bad experience at the Owasso location (you can go read my review there if you would like), I went to the 41st location to try to get the issue fixed. The staff was absolutely amazing, excellent customer service. They worked all day to get a new replacement screen for me after the first one had been broken by the Owasso location, and got my phone fix quickly. Hopefully I don't break my phone again, but if I do this will be the place I come back to.”
“Camilla is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though the issue with my new phone wasn't anything she had encountered before, she went out of her way to resolve the issue and gave good tips on the use of other parts of the phone.”

“I could not get my Ipad to turn on, even when it was charged and I had tried a hard restart procedure. I called the store and was told to stop by for them to check it. The technician had the magic touch and within a minute he had it restarted. I especially liked the fact that I didn't have to leave it to have him even try a simple solution!
