“I've used Cellular Repair and Exchange four times - twice buying batteries and twice dealing with SIM card problems. In all four cases excellent service. Reasonable prices - in fact the SIM card problems were handled without charge. This is the first place I go with cell phone problems.”

“I could not get my Ipad to turn on, even when it was charged and I had tried a hard restart procedure. I called the store and was told to stop by for them to check it. The technician had the magic touch and within a minute he had it restarted. I especially liked the fact that I didn't have to leave it to have him even try a simple solution! The technician was friendly, kind, and personable.”

“Im pretty sure I have the right store selected the location on Lewis has the best lady for customer service I've been in contact with in years..she's on it and I know her name but obviously don't but if she's there that store is where to go ....shell fix it and help you get it right pretty quickly. Metro knows what they have in her because they pay her well by what she drives but she deserves every penny and more. She's saving them.”

I don’t know about you but if you don’t understand the way fiber optics works, stop by the 101st and Memorial ATT store and find out EXACTLY how it can serve you better than the local brands. No more frustration with outages even when there is no storm!”
“I had an amazing experience at Assist Wireless thanks to Hector. He spent three days helping me get my line set up, even though the issues we ran into were completely outside of his control. He never gave up, stayed patient the entire time, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything got resolved.
Hector is not just great at his job—he’s a really likable guy who clearly cares about helping people. If Assist Wireless values their employees, they should seriously consider giving him a promotion. People like him make the company look good and keep customers coming back.

“I visited the Riverside location in Jenks yesterday evening after speaking with Ryan over the phone around 9:30 a.m., when he confirmed they had the phone I was looking for in stock. I called the store again around 5:00 p.m. to verify it was still available before making the drive. Ryan assured me it was and let me know he would be leaving for the day, but that two other associates would be there to assist me.
When I arrived, I was greeted right away by one of the associates, even though he was already helping another customer. He let me know someone would be with me shortly, and before long, Kevon came over to help.
I was a little nervous about the AT&T Next Up program because of the fine print, so I wanted to speak with someone in person before making a decision. Kevon was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He took the time to thoroughly explain the program, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward.
He also let me know about other promotions and ways I could save money. Once I explained that I had my heart set on one specific phone, he respected my decision completely and helped me purchase exactly what I wanted. At no point did I feel pressured to choose a different device or add something I didn't need, which I really appreciated.
Overall, this was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a phone store. The Jenks location is clean, spacious, and staffed by genuinely friendly, professional people. Thank you to both Ryan and Kevon for making this the easiest and most pleasant phone upgrade I've ever had. Exceptional customer service like this deserves to be recognized!”
