“I'm not gonna give a bad star review, but your driver pulled into an intersection with no where to go in a heavy construction area. Kept all the the cross traffic from being able to turn thus making traffic even worse. We all have places to be, blocking an intersection because you don't wanna wait for next light rotation is not cool. Sand springs 18th of September.”
