The entire process was smooth, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. I always felt informed about the status of my container, and their customer service team was professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions.
The POD itself was delivered and picked up as scheduled, and the flexibility of the service made my move much easier. I especially appreciated how timely the company was with coordinating deliveries and moves throughout the process.
The one area with room for improvement is arrival time windows. While the POD was moved on the scheduled day, the broad arrival window created some uncertainty. In my situation, I had hired movers who were waiting to unload the POD, so having a more precise arrival time would have made coordinating everyone much easier and reduced downtime.
That said, the POD arrived safely, the communication throughout the process was excellent, and everything ultimately went according to plan. The convenience, professionalism, and reliability of the service far outweighed this minor inconvenience. I would absolutely use PODS again and recommend them to others looking for a dependable moving and storage solution.”

“Mobil Mini sold me a 20 foot container to use at my house for secure storage. When I first contacted them Dana in sales was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really didn’t know much at all about containers at all. So, they took the time to ask me the right questions ensuring that I got exactly what I needed. They sold me a very clean and nice looking container that I am very happy with. The delivery driver was awesome. He smiled, shook my hand and placed the container exactly in the spot. If you need a container, you can trust these guys to take care of you.”

U-Pack personnel were consistently professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to select the container/trailer I needed, the date of arrival and pack my belongings at my pace before selecting a date for pick up. At the last minute, I requested a second container/trailer, which wasn’t a problem (WOW). Delivery of items arrived within a week. Everything in the container/trailer was intact!!! I unpacked at my pace and later called to have the container/trailer picked up. Resources from their emails provided several recommendations regarding packing/moving, including a link to hire helpers. I absolutely recommend U-Pack Movers for your future moves.”
