“We spent the night of the eclipse with the Sand Springs crew. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was tasty and the eating area was very well maintained. Debbie, our front desk attendant was friendly and made our stay "homey". The "surprise" in the package was three high speed EV chargers right next to the hotel. This facility checks all the boxes for our travel needs.”

What an amazing celebration of life for Mother Queen Viola Ford Fletcher that was held on November 29th, 2025 ❤️ I'll definitely have to go back over the summer to soak in more of the culture center. “I contacted J’s Escape to inquire about renting their space for a family reunion. They were quick to respond and the process was very simple and smooth. When I arrived for a tour of the venue, I was warmly greeted by Marlo (sp?). I had my mother with me as well and, we were both immediately impressed by him. He gave us a tour and answered all of our questions. The venue is such a great place…a hidden gem. We talked more and left feeling absolutely positive we had found the right place. Our reunion was this past Saturday and our whole family loved the place! There is so much space outdoors and many activities provided for people of all ages. The house had plenty of space for us to spread out all the food and beverages for our family. Everything inside and out was outstanding! We will definitely contact J’s Escape for our next big event.”
“We had a group of 6 adults and we all enjoyed the lights. Parking was easy with the guidance of the parking crew. It was a short walk to the check in location which was easy to do since the garden sent tickets via text message. I bought the tickets a week in advance as soon as we confirmed good weather. The grounds were so well kept, there were plenty of trash bins to handle our beverage containers. Spent 90 minutes at the garden and we all enjoyed it! Planning ahead made everything go smoothly!”

Agora Event Center is a truly unique and eye-catching venue perfect for small to medium-sized gatherings. The multiple, well-designed spaces are fantastic, from the main bar area set up perfectly for a DJ or live band, to the separate room ideal for quieter conversations, and the balcony with a great view.
We have attended multiple events here and always appreciate the friendly service and how consistently clean the center is. Their hors d'oeuvres are typically good and diverse.
This venue shines for its ambiance and versatile layout. Highly recommend Agora for events where you want a unique, memorable setting!”

“This is the community center by Veterans Park (previously Centennial Park). The building says Central Center but I believe they're going through a name transition. I have attended various events (weddings, community events, dance socials) in this building and its such a wonderful space. The staff is wonderful to work with. They're responsive and helpful in every way. There are various rooms available for rent depending on what you need and a full kitchen. The atrium has a stage and lots of rooms for tables and chairs (provided by the center). You can choose the layout and there's also audio available if you want to connect your laptop. We have been very happy with our experience using the space for our Latin dance socials. There's a beautiful view of downtown, lots of natural light and very spacious option for events. Nonprofits also get a discounted rental fee.”

“The hotel is perfect - centrally located, clean, great little coffee shop, and my room was huge! But I'm really here to write a review for the shuttle service. The hotel provides a free 24- hour shuttle. The driver this morning was so friendly and kind and he made sure I made it to my flight with plenty of time. Highly recommend this hotel! Great people!”

“This is a good 3-star hotel in a great downtown location - only a 10 to 15-min walk from the BOK center and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Being a historic building, the rooms are a bit small, but they've got all the basics and are pretty well updated! Rooms were extremely clean and tidy and had coffee machines, mini fridges, etc.
The location being so close to downtown is great, but because the hotel lobby isn't on the ground floor, lots of people not staying at the hotel come and go on the first floor. When I was waiting to pick up a doordash order, an unhoused person came in and began smoking a cigarette INSIDE the building - to which the staff escorted him out promptly and kindly despite him being erratic. This is not on the hotel at all (they did what they could!) as the ground floor is public access, but something to keep in mind if you are travelling alone or with children.”
