Mobile Destination is a premium retailer for Verizon with many convenient locations. The dedicated and knowledgeable staff offers a full range of wireless devices and is dedicated to delivering 5-star service. Representatives are extremely helpful, customer service driven, and able to answer questions. They are very helpful getting phones to work and setting up services like home internet, which works pretty well especially for the price. Staff help customers switch and save money, being the best, understanding, and patient, even when the process takes awhile. They are patient, knowledgeable, and good to work with, resolving glitches that pop up. Everyone is courteous, friendly, and works together as a team.

Chris and Brad welcomed me as I arrived and were very helpful getting my phone to work again and setting me up with home internet. The internet service works pretty well especially for the price!
