I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”

Showed me how to tell if a fuse is good, both radio fuses were and rechecked my oil for me. I was right with that. They don't make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something and willing to show you how to do something. I've used them in travels in Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois and the UP in Michigan too, always the same type of service.”
