“I had MTB work on my 1979 Corvette due to it running very poorly. Upon his inspection he was able to quickly identify the problem as an issue with the ECU. He showed me other issues with the vehicle which I had completely overlooked, which he swiftly mended to beyond what I thought was possible. His son has the capabilities and did, 3D print small specialty parts, made custom brackets to withstand extreme heat and stress, and anything else I could think of. He was highly informative throughout the build, keeping me up to date as to what he is working on. I also asked him to do a little body work which he confidently completed. “My husband and I have been bringing our cars for maintenance and work here for years. Chris is the most honest, realistic, reasonable, understanding mechanic we’ve ever met. He is amazing at diagnosing vehicle issues quickly and communicating about expectations and price early on. When one of ours cars was nearing the end of its life, he was very honest and forthcoming about why further service would only resolve short term issues and that we’d be looking at much larger expenses in the long-haul. He was also incredibly supportive and realistic about maintaining one of our cars in great working condition well past 200k miles.
