“had a problem that required maintenance the other day, and the maintenance staff member Justin came to help me as soon as I was available. He was patient and waited for me to get home which goes a long way for me. he's professional, and great with animals. My dog gets severe anxiety from ppl being in my home but she loved Justin and it ended up being a great interaction. he's a true craftsman, and I couldn't be more appreciative that he's apart of the staff here. thanks fountain lake for having such a great maintenance staff. continued service at this level of hospitality has been the trend here with the maintenance staff. each interaction continues to give me a positive outlook on the complex and I couldn't be more grateful.”
“Things at Aspen Walk are running smoothly since we got the new manager last year. It has taken her awhile however this is a very nice place to live now. Mary Ann is the best Manager we have had and I have lived here 5 years and have no intention of moving.”
“We’ve lived at Steelyard for a few months now and absolutely love it. It was so clean when we moved in. The facilities are kept up so nicely. The staff here is phenomenal. They make you feel like they know you personally and are always happy to see us around the community. They are also always hosting something fun every month. My favorite part is how safe it feels. The buildings and parking garage are very secure yet easily accessible for residents.”

“My only concern is the laundry room. It's unsecured and some of the machines don't have working spin cycles, requiring extra drying time. Also WAY too many people leave their clothes in the washers and dryers long after their cycles are done. Otherwise you guys are doing great!”

Amanda consistently checked in and ensured we had no questions leading up to our move-in date. Furthermore, Amanda was extremely kind and thorough during the tour and move-in meeting. “Currently am renting a two bedroom apartment at Windrush Apartments for the last 6 months Absolutely love it! Of course there will be a few small issues of maintenance here or there but the managers have always been on top of it! The leasing office clerks/managers and maintenance workers have always been so helpful, friendly and beyond great. Huge shout-out to Stephanie Marshall for always having time for me with anything I need help with! She's an amazing person! Stephanie listens to every word she's is incredibly genuine and understanding. If anyone is looking for an apartment complex in Edmond I highly recommend the Windrush. Nothing but good things!”

“I actually love it here they have lunch for the kids every Saturday and they love having events and drawings around the holidays to try to bring the community together Alicia and Charles have the office under control and when things in my house needs to be fixed it's been done in a timely manner ROBERT DAYE he fixed my plugs and showed me how to test them in the future i really appreciate him I WILL UPDATE ONCE I GET HIS NAME when they are short staff it's a different story but I believe they are getting it under control everyone is friendly here makes you feel at home I also like how the countertop is and hard floors the units are definitely up to date”

“I love living here. We have been here for over 2 years and haven’t had any real issues. The maintenance guys are the best and get things done in a timely manner, while the ladies in the front office (Cindy and Charity) might seem abrasive at first, but are good people and get things done around the property — I also enjoy chatting with them when I drop off the rent. The area I live in is quiet (aside from the planes, of course), my neighbors are nice, and the property is clean. No complaints.”

“Had some miscommunication on my part about operation hours. I received a response back about about my app , didn't realize I hadn't put one in yet. Talked to the very polite manager in the office and she cleared everything up for me in a professional and timely manner. I can tell this is a great place to live. Sorry for the misunderstanding on my part .”
