“I had to see what was going on with the closest store to where I moved. I was just looking at the photos again.. I Would never believed it could have been that bad except for the pictures. What I walked into was a very clean, well stocked, and I might mention that as a member of dollar tree management I was proud to see that it was by the book. And Darn it... I was a little jealous because I don't get the hours for stocking that would have my store looking that good. All I can say is more than one somebody has been working their business ends off to recover that store the way they have. Good job Tabitha.”
“I gotta give a shoutout to (JIN) the Manager. He is very nice, polite & impeccable customer service skills. He is also very attentive and helps. The customers I rarely come here and recently just started back, but Jin is really good at his job. I appreciate him for helping me find things and making me feel welcomed enough to come back, he is really a good manager. Should you come to this dollar tree or have a problem ask for him he will definitely help. Good Customer service is definitely hard to find but he greats you with a smile and always has a smile everytime I come here. I’ll definitely be back”
“I was looking for a specific sale on 3 for $13 soda, and the cashier asked the store manager if she could go back and show me where the sale items were. I was surprised the store manager took over so she could help me find what I was looking for. I was totally surprised.”

few things... And I must say that I was very impressed with how well the cashier treated me.... She showed me the highest level of professionalism.... She really made sure that my shopping experience was a pleasant one... I have not always had the best experiences in these types of dollar stores. The service is usually horrible. But, I had a great experience today. She was a great cashier with a good attitude toward me... Her name was Brittany Williams.... She really made my day... I hope she receives accolades... “This is the cleanest and most well-stocked location I've ever been to in Oklahoma. And the manager and employees are nice and they greet you, which is extremely rare, anywhere you go. Not sure why so many bad reviews, but I will always shop at this location. Keep up the good work, guys. ??”

“This is the place when you need an inexpensive item such as cleaning supplies, baskets or bins, candy, gift bags at Christmas and cards.....you can also find some name brands at great prices. The inventory turns over often so what you find today may not be there next month.”

Their customer service is always amazing and they always take time to help out whether it's figuring out why a coupon doesn't work or it's walking all the way across the store to help find something. Are they perfect? No. But they’re present. And for people living check to check, raising families, taking care of elders, or just starting over, that presence is life-saving.

As a frequent customer everything I need is always in stock and if not many of the employees are quick to address my concerns. Novella has been one of those employees, after mentioning an item I want is out of stock they promptly address it and give me an estimated time on when the item would be back! Friendly staff, Clean store, and great selection of products. I would highly recommend anyone in Midwest City to shop here!”

“I recently visited the Family Dollar store and was pleasantly surprised by the clean and organized shopping environment. The cashier provided exceptional service - friendly, helpful, and kind.
I easily found my preferred energy drink, Monster Ultra Zero, at a great value (3 for $7). The greeting card selection was impressive, and I found the perfect card for a friend.
Although the Little Debbie snack selection was limited, it still offered a variety of classics, including:Honey Buns,Oatmeal Creme Pies,Nutty Buddy,Strawberry Shortcake Rolls,Zebra Cakes,Cosmic Brownies,Mini Frosted Donuts.
Unfortunately, my personal favorite was not among them. However, the cashier went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me locate another store that carries the specific snack I was looking for.
The cashier's outstanding service made up for the limited snack options, ensuring I'll return to this Family Dollar location. Highly recommended!

“I recently visited the Family Dollar at 3400 N. Kelley Ave, searching for Monster Zero Calorie Peachy Keen. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The parking lot was riddled with potholes and trash. Upon entering, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. When I couldn't find the energy drink section, I asked an associate, who informed me that they only had Monster products in the cooler and cardboard display near the checkout. Disappointingly, Peachy Keen was not among them.
However, I was pleased to see a well-stocked Little Debbie section, albeit missing mini powdered donuts. They also had a nice selection of midsized greeting cards. Despite the issues, I would still recommend Family Dollar for daily necessities. The checkout experience was underwhelming, with the cashier failing to make eye contact, greet me, or wear a name tag.
Overall, my visit highlighted areas for improvement, including parking lot maintenance, customer service, and product availability.”

“This store has turned around. I stopped visiting this store because they would barely have any stock on the shelves. The shelves would be bare.
In the past month or so, this has really turned around. I started seeing more items on the shelf available. It looks like someone is getting this store back in order. This is now my go to store for any of my quick and easy items.”

Christopher is also kind , caring and so very helpful. All they employees will make shure you have a great experience while you shop.
