“Reed Bro’s makes renting a unit SUCH an easy process. We needed a unit last minute to help us with our move. I was able to rent a unit online in under 5 minutes. Andrea communicated with me quickly and let me know where I could find my lock etc. We used the Collinsville location. It’s super easy to get in and out of, plus our unit was impeccably clean. During one of our trips out, we met the owner who introduced himself and made sure that we weren’t experiencing any issues. Being able to pay your bill and manage your account online makes things so much easier. However, we happened to be moving out of our unit a few days earlier and spotted Andrea and let her know. Within moments, I had a move out confirmation email and text. In the event never needed another unit, Reed Bro’s would be who I used and who I’ll recommend to anyone in need. Great people, clean units and easy access. Doesn’t get much better than that!”
“New owner is super sweet, very accommodating & actually cares about you & what's going on with you in general. The ONLY issue I have and really it's not that serious is that if you have a hallway unit you do not have the same access time as the units that are outside. Because of gate access times (Mon-Sun 7-6) and the hours of the office (Mon-Sat 9-6 Sun 1-6). Hallway units require an adonal key which you can't get till the office opens. On sundays the office doesn't open until 1:00. It has inconvenienced me a few times and I feel like if everyone who has a hallway unit had their own key. Other than that no complaints”

“Other than the access gate always open everything else was great. Even had a surprise of having a light to turn on and off inside the storage. None if my previous rentals had that and they charged 3x as much”
