“I have had excellent service with Optimum and customer service has been mostly good but a few times they were rude and didn't help me with the issues I was having but for the most part they have been good but today I checked my card and found out that Optimum had overdrawn my account and this has been a nightmare and I talked with customer service and billing and they tried telling me that the auto pay was denied and that was a lie and I'm only supposed to be paying fifteen dollars a month they tried everything to paint me in the wrong but I stood my grounds they tried to tell me that my bill is thirty five a month and then tried telling me I didn't apply for the yearly promotion and my yearly promotion and I haven't had my servers for six months yet they kept reaching for anything and everything to validate the reason they withdrawal forty three dollars and finally after all there tactics they fixed it and credited my account ..but now I'm short on money that was for something else...ugh”
