“I'd give 5 stars, but I seem to continuously run afoul of a particularly agitating individual. While preemptive suspicion and profiling are tools for loss prevention, I don't typically experience it with any other employee. It is surprising to see such a dissonance between this young African American male and every single other employee at this location.
It is strange to only ever have issues with a single individual. Despite the unprofessional individual, this store is awesome. Almost always clean and well stocked.
As soon as I can go a week without this individual making me feel unwelcome—it's gonna be 5 stars.”

“Always a nightmare to try and maneuver or exit during lunch and rush hours, but still a go-to convenience store for a LOT of Uptown and Capitol workers. 2 free air pumps, which is an exceedingly rare thing these days. This location always has an armed security guard but they seem to mostly stare at their phone ? CNG pumps, as well.”

“Priscilla was the best! She was friendly and helpful. My husband and I got our shots here, we usually get our shots in Sam's club because CVS is usually pack amd slow but this CVS is different, the total costs were cheaper than Sam's Club because Priscilla helped us save money by applying coupons. We were also able to get the $10 off $20 spend on Target, so much savings. And the nice lady that give us the shots was gentle. The staff in this CVS is just awesome. Thank you guys!”

“one of the better oncue stations in the city. I almost exclusively come here late at night and the overnight staff is really friendly and accommodating, which is important, considering the amount of work they are expected to do during their shifts... cleaning the coffee machines, the rollers, basically all the self serve food and drink stations; all on top of helping customers and running the registers (fyi late night customers - you can totally pay for gas at the self checkout kiosks, it's really easy. please, if you can, try to let them keep working because it really seems like kind of a lot...), keeping the whole store clean - lobby, bathrooms, AND the overnight shift has to deal with washing the pavement for the whole parking lot which also includes cleaning and stocking each pump + trash/squeegee/paper towel setup! I don’t think they get paid enough.
this is one of a handful of oncues that has oatmilk creamer for their coffee fyi. that's important to me, I’m sure it is to someone else too (assuming anyone else ever even reads this lol)”

“This particular location is very busy ALWAYS. The have security stationed there, and I believe that is a plus . With the amount of traffic they have, I am always happy to know there is a guard. The store is very clean (when I pay from within the store). Majority of times I pay at the pump, so I have no input about the restrooms as far as cleanliness . Unless staff is frequently addressing the restrooms, I would have to assume that the cleanliness would be "average gas station clean". Well, we all know that can be a very broad spectrum. Cashiers (in all my interactions) are really courteous and professional . They are also swift using the register. I grumble under my breath (sorry that is rude), when I see a line. But everytime... I am at the register before I know it! I don't think I've ever waited longer than 90 seconds . And that is being 9th or 10th in the line. Obviously we cannot always have The Flash at the register . But so far, thats been the case.”

“1st time at an OnCue as I passed through OKC. E85 gas saved me a LOT for my F150. Place was clean, well stock, well staffed, and had easy access. Mini kitchen with a good variety of hot fresh food options. Very much like a quick trip but somehow fresher and faster on my two visits. Probably be my regular refueling stop in OKC now.”

“Traveling from Wisconsin with my family on the route 66 road trip we had a quick emergency and had to use the ATM so stopped at the nearest place which was the mall and let me tell …as soon as I walked in w/ my son the really nice lady in the front .. ( please forgive me as I dnt remember her name ) was so welcoming and very helpful and definitely came to the rescue with the extra cash as we desperately needed right away and also my son was coughing so bad and even tho we had cough drops in the car I desperately needed some NOW and she had all 3 flavors & let me tell you our son is very very difficult when it comes down any cough drops but he needed so I got to explain to him all three and we picked a honey lemon and let me tell you it made our trip run a lot smoother . Just this stop alone did wonders for our small family my son no longer is coughing or crying as I’m traveling we got to fix our vehicle and we continued on our beautiful road trip thank you ..thank you thank you… and sorry for writing so much. This is truly much appreciated and me the wife and the two kids got to come back and go to Ross and enjoy Oklahoma City is beautiful mall because it was super windy … we appreciate from within our hearts Ramadan Kareem to everyone …

“I sent my special daughter in to get gas , oops my card was turned off and this young gentleman who was cleaning trash cans offered to help . His name was MICAH , he seemed so nice had a big smile and and was definitely customer oriented. His boss SHENNA was nice too. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with the employees and store they know us because my special daughter goes in there daily to buy her sandwich’s. I might add the restrooms are so nice and clean . This ONCUE is the one to stop at if you need gas or just a quick bite to eat.”

Gisele caught the mistake gave the $5 back and took a one. Great catch some would have just pocketed the extra but not this young man.
