“Always a nightmare to try and maneuver or exit during lunch and rush hours, but still a go-to convenience store for a LOT of Uptown and Capitol workers. 2 free air pumps, which is an exceedingly rare thing these days. This location always has an armed security guard but they seem to mostly stare at their phone ? CNG pumps, as well.”
“I saw someone post about a wrap they got at OnQue and I was super hungry when I got gas so I thought I'd check it out. I ordered at the kiosk, got a Coke and paid for both, then picked up at the Grill counter. My jalapeno chicken nuggets and cheese curds were the highlight of my drive home! My husband and I got our shots here, we usually get our shots in Sam's club because CVS is usually pack amd slow but this CVS is different, the total costs were cheaper than Sam's Club because Priscilla helped us save money by applying coupons. We were also able to get the $10 off $20 spend on Target, so much savings. And the nice lady that give us the shots was gentle. The staff in this CVS is just awesome. Thank you guys!”

“This particular location is very busy ALWAYS. The have security stationed there, and I believe that is a plus . With the amount of traffic they have, I am always happy to know there is a guard. The store is very clean (when I pay from within the store). Majority of times I pay at the pump, so I have no input about the restrooms as far as cleanliness . Unless staff is frequently addressing the restrooms, I would have to assume that the cleanliness would be "average gas station clean". Well, we all know that can be a very broad spectrum. Cashiers (in all my interactions) are really courteous and professional . They are also swift using the register. I grumble under my breath (sorry that is rude), when I see a line. But everytime... I am at the register before I know it! I don't think I've ever waited longer than 90 seconds . And that is being 9th or 10th in the line. Obviously we cannot always have The Flash at the register . But so far, thats been the case.”

“This is a new OnCue. It’s only been open for less than a year. They started out low staffed, but they quickly re-staffed and have just great customer service as all the other OnCueI love the people that work here they always smile and help. Plus, it’s right by my house. Keep on giving that customer service that you guys are so good at.”
“There are certain places in life where a man expects very little… and hopes for even less. A fuel station, for instance. You pull in bracing yourself for sticky floors, a mysterious smell that may or may not be legally classified, and a cashier who looks like you’ve personally offended them by existing.
And then there’s OnCue.
I pulled in expecting the usual “fuel and flee” experience. Instead, I walked into a place so clean I briefly wondered if I had accidentally wandered into a hospital lobby that sells beef jerky.
The floors? Spotless. Not “gas station spotless” (which usually means “only slightly alarming”), but actually clean-clean. The kind of clean that makes you reconsider wearing your outdoor shoes indoors.
Now let’s talk about the registers.
There were so many people working them that I started to feel like I had shown up late to a family reunion. Every register was open, staffed, and ready. I didn’t stand in line—I was welcomed into the checkout experience. It was so efficient I barely had time to reconsider my life choices at the snack aisle.
And speaking of people—every employee I saw looked alert, engaged, and ready to help. No zombies. No “I’ve been here since 1997 and time has lost all meaning” expressions. Just folks doing their job like they actually cared.
But the real surprise?
The security guard.
Now, when you hear “security guard” at a gas station, you might imagine someone leaning against a wall, scanning the horizon for suspicious nacho activity. Not here. This gentleman was helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. The kind of presence that makes you feel like everything is under control—even if you’re holding a questionable hot dog at 9:30 p.m.
In short, this wasn’t just a fuel stop. This was an experience. A clean, efficient, surprisingly pleasant experience where everything worked the way it should.
Five stars.
Honestly, if more places ran like this, I might start buying gas just for fun.”

Gisele caught the mistake gave the $5 back and took a one. Great catch some would have just pocketed the extra but not this young man.
