“I had to see what was going on with the closest store to where I moved. I was just looking at the photos again.. I Would never believed it could have been that bad except for the pictures. What I walked into was a very clean, well stocked, and I might mention that as a member of dollar tree management I was proud to see that it was by the book. And Darn it... I was a little jealous because I don't get the hours for stocking that would have my store looking that good. All I can say is more than one somebody has been working their business ends off to recover that store the way they have. Good job Tabitha.”

“This is absolutely the best Family Dollar I have been to. Everytime I enter I get a smile, when I need help I get that to and as I'm leaving I get hooked up with another beautiful smile. An example of getting help is the time I went in to the store looking for something to kill stinky feet and instead of having me buy some spray stuff this very charming lady almost took me by the hand and took me to the baking soda and then to the hydrogen peroxide then she took the time out to tell my dumb ass how to use them together and it really works. But I recommend this Family Dollar to everyone, oh I would almost promise you that you'll get a smile and a good conversation if you act right well you'll get a smile whether you're being a meat head or not.”

few things... And I must say that I was very impressed with how well the cashier treated me.... She showed me the highest level of professionalism.... She really made sure that my shopping experience was a pleasant one... I have not always had the best experiences in these types of dollar stores. The service is usually horrible. But, I had a great experience today. She was a great cashier with a good attitude toward me... Her name was Brittany Williams.... She really made my day... I hope she receives accolades... “The staff are so friendly and patient, that's refreshing. If your traveling they sell just the right amount of laundry soap and fabric softener. Cheap razors and toiletries ( I always forget something). My only problem with this store, buy to much stuff. ?”

“This is the place when you need an inexpensive item such as cleaning supplies, baskets or bins, candy, gift bags at Christmas and cards.....you can also find some name brands at great prices. The inventory turns over often so what you find today may not be there next month.”

“I went into the store to get a small bag of dog food and wound up getting a big bag of dog food. When I first came in the door I asked the lady where the dog food was and she pointed to where it was and then said here I'll just show you so she took me back there where the dog food was. I looked at the smaller bags that I usually get, wound up getting a big bag. I am not supposed to carry much weight so I was looking for a basket to use and she offered to take it to the checkout counter. I paid for it and she wound up taking it out to my car for me. She went above and beyond her job, and I truly appreciated it.”
“I really like going into Dollar Tree they have cute little things especially for the holidays and the prices for them are usually pretty reasonable. I also like the fact the employees don't feel the constant need for small talk but to get in and get the job done quickly. They are friendly in a professional manner and want to get you in and out quickly so you can enjoy the rest of your day.
Occasionally they will have some of the stuff they are working out on to the shelves/floor in the way but for the most part it is usually easy to manuever the aisles and store.”

“Some of the previous reviews notwithstanding if this Store was indeed as bad as they describe then Staff and Management have done a major turnaround and are to be commended. We've always found it to be as neat and orderly as can be expected given product is constantly being delivered and the shelves are always being restocked. We're always greeted in a friendly manner and asked if we need help. Its an asset to the Community in being a great place to pop in and pick up small things that don't warrant a drive into Edmond proper. We're there semi regularly and always leave with a bag of stuff that is useful and reasonably priced.”
“I recently visited the Family Dollar at 2601 S. Walker Ave. and was thoroughly impressed. The parking lot was well-maintained with plenty of spaces, no trash, and no potholes. Upon entering, I noticed the store was exceptionally clean, well-stocked, and organized - likely the best Family Dollar in OKC. Although the cashier failed to greet me initially, the store's condition and product selection made up for it. The Little Debbie section was well-kept, missing only fudge rounds, and the Monster Energy set was fully stocked, allowing me to easily find my desired Zero Ultra. The greeting card section, though smaller than usual, still offered a suitable option. I was pleased to find the refrigerated case stocked with fresh products, with no outdated items. At checkout, the cashier was courteous and polite, wishing me a good day despite lacking a name badge. Overall, I highly recommend this Family Dollar location for its exceptional cleanliness, organization, and customer service.”

I’ve been a member of this community since 2014, and I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformation of our local Family Dollar thanks to Mrs. V. Before she became the manager, the store was in constant disarray—empty shelves, no shopping carts, and it felt unsafe with frequent theft, broken doors, and even violence involving employees.
Since Mrs. V took over, this store has completely turned around. The shelves are always stocked, the store is clean, organized, and you can always find what you need. Most importantly, she has brought a sense of safety and pride back to our neighborhood store. Everyone knows she doesn’t tolerate theft or violence, and that respect shows in how customers treat the space.
Mrs. V treats everyone like family, and in return, the community respects her and her leadership. From all of us in the neighborhood: Thank you, Mrs. V. You’ve made a real difference.”

“I've been going here since i was a kid, and every time was great. i would recommend going here if your getting snacks or drinks, its also very cheap, my only problem is that sometimes the older lady will be checking me out and have an attitude, but otherwise very good. :)”
