“As a loyal OnCue customer who does a lot of business around this area of The Village, I have come to find that certain shift managers are much better than others.One day, I stopped in and noticed that Christian wasn’t working his normal manager shift. I know this because I’ve talked to him multiple times since he’s the one working the afternoons into the evenings. I was upset when I found out he had been let go due to a silly little complaint and misunderstanding from ONE disgruntled customer. Christian always seemed to have run a smooth shift and put up with a lot of unnecessary stress from the job. Never once did I ever see him do anything that seemed “unprofessional.” Again, I’m in this store all the time. My business is just down the street. Sadly, corporations only see the accidents that are sometimes made rather than the larger accomplishments.I wish the five stars I’m giving this store would go to him directly. However, they’ve taken the liberty of getting rid of this man from one dumb customer complaint. Wish OnCue would do better. I’ll just end up going to 7/11 from now on.”

“I love On Cues. This one is always so busy. Its the rush of not getting killed in the parking lot driving in and out I think is what really does it for me... On Cue, you hold some culpability in this... DO SOMETHING B4 MVA w/ inj. or A KID GETS HIT.But too, they do need to keep a "cleaner eye" on the mixing table in the back and keep the liquids flowing properly ?”

“Every time I go into this gas station / convenience store they are so nice and so sweet. The employees greet you when you come in make small talk with you and work their butts off. There is a gentleman that works there in the mornings and he was killing it this morning. He was running two registers at once taking care of the line of customers to get it knocked down. A+ service from a gentleman whose name I think is Michael.”

“This particular location is very busy ALWAYS. The have security stationed there, and I believe that is a plus . With the amount of traffic they have, I am always happy to know there is a guard. The store is very clean (when I pay from within the store). Majority of times I pay at the pump, so I have no input about the restrooms as far as cleanliness . Unless staff is frequently addressing the restrooms, I would have to assume that the cleanliness would be "average gas station clean". Well, we all know that can be a very broad spectrum. Cashiers (in all my interactions) are really courteous and professional . They are also swift using the register. I grumble under my breath (sorry that is rude), when I see a line. But everytime... I am at the register before I know it! I don't think I've ever waited longer than 90 seconds . And that is being 9th or 10th in the line. Obviously we cannot always have The Flash at the register . But so far, thats been the case.”

“Super stocked it seems on most occasions and the management seems super nice. I don't usually shop here but I may be inclined too the next time I come through this area. That says alot considering everything that can happen in this area. The store was clean and there weren't a bunch of people hanging outside the building. There's so a nice food truck on the side of the building.”

“Always a nightmare to try and maneuver or exit during lunch and rush hours, but still a go-to convenience store for a LOT of Uptown and Capitol workers. 2 free air pumps, which is an exceedingly rare thing these days. This location always has an armed security guard but they seem to mostly stare at their phone ? CNG pumps, as well.”

“I wanted to fill up the car before the weather started to get bad. Had just taken the puppers to the vet nearby. Gas was real and a good price. Looked clean on the outside. Easy to get in and out of. I didn't go in to make a purchase so I cannot speak on the store itself or the employees. Will make this my gas go-to if I am in the area.”
