“The selection was great, prices were good. The delivery driver was professional ,kind, and did a great job. The salesman I bought it from was a bit abrupt,cold, and acted non interested in me as a customer and I came in to buy , not look around. I think he sized me up when I walked in an made an assumption that I was a time waster. Once I mentioned to him that he was a bit rude, he did somewhat apologize and answered my questions and acted a tad nicer. A smile goes a long ways which he seemed incapable of. I won’t let his actions keep me from buying at Hahns and do recommend the company.”

“The one star (and mostly older) rating here really surprise me. I've purchased from Appliance Solutions multiple times in the last 2 years and have had nothing but good experiences. We remodeled my mother's kitchen 2 years back and she bought a new dishwasher, microwave and oven from them and has been very happy with the purchase. The sales people were very friendly and helped her find something that had all the features she was looking for that was in her price range. The delivery team did a great job and happily hauled off the old appliances and took care in installing the new ones. They even came back a few weeks later to help us make sure the dishwasher was balanced after it had been moved during the remodel for no charge or fee. More recently, I've used them to purchase a refrigerator for a new house and they, again, were friendly and helpful. The delivery team did a really impressive job getting the fridge in to the house through some tight spaces without bumping the walls or door frame despite the limited room to maneuver. And when I need some help adjusting one of the French doors a few days later, I called the store and they immediately scheduled someone to come help me (with no extra charge or service fee) get it set the way I wanted and show me to how to handle it if I wanted to reposition it again later. I've only had nothing but pleasant interactions with the people that I've dealt with throughout our several purchases and will definitely do business with them again.”

“LG freezer was frosting a LOT! Ethan found the rubber thingie wasn’t sealing tightly on the right side. Cleared out all the frost; took out the drawers, checked everywhere. Seals working now. No replacement/fix required. If frosts up again, he’ll come back. But so far good. We’re both guessing it got fouled up when the uppper tray/drawer got cockeyed a few weeks ago (I fixed that - honest!). Very satisfied; timely; friendly; efficient. Thanks!”

But my experience with Scott and his team at the Tulsa location has truly exceeded expectations! They deserve more kudos than this review alone! They go above and beyond! The professional installation is just that; they take the time to show you how to use the appliances, and check in to make sure it’s meeting expectations after the fact! More so, when they didn’t have the living room set I wanted they found the specific living room set I wanted, ordered it, and put it on consignment for me because it wasn’t within the selection they offered! If that isn’t above and beyond a 5 star service, I don’t know what is! Thank you Scott and team for all that you do!”

“The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had since the 70s. TIM is a very professional service ambassador. When another Home Depot manager refused to help me with a defaulty hot water heater Rheem had authorized a Home Depot store to replace, I went to this store on Delaware where I have bought flowers in their garden section many times. I also bought all the paint for my house here. It’s not the closest to where I live, but it will be the ONLY one I EVER go to from now on. When I went in the store & ask for a manager so I could explain my water heater issue, it was not a problem and Tim came right up. I explained what had happened and Rheem said if you have any questions since I can’t bring the water heater in. I called the number for him, they explained the process & sent him an email with instructions. Tim was so sympathetic with the damages I was dealing with at home and was happy to get going on getting me a new water heater so I could have hot water again. I pray Tim is well taken care of at Home Depot as finding customer service ANYWHERE now a days is IMPOSSIBLE. Thank you Tim & God Bless You for helping customers in need. We all need people like you when we have a bad experience.”

“I have two comments, one good, one bad. The cashier was very helpful so that I would not have to fight with the pipes I was carrying and wrapped them up for me. Very nice. However, the last two times I have been in there I have watched younger employees go into the family bathroom. We all know what they are doing and also they are preventing people that need from being able to. Whether it be a mother with multiple kids, babies or disabled people that need help in the bathroom. I believe that employees should use the regular bathroom like everyone else. If I am wrong please post your rationale. Thanks. I do love Home Depot though. Thanks.”

“We have bought numerous appliances from Hahn for our home as well as our daughter's. We may look at the box stores including Costco because of the buying incentives they offer with a credit card purchase like free delivery, haul away, and extended warranty; but always end up buying at Hahn because we know they will not abandon us immediately after the sale is closed. That personalized customer service is a necessity today because the durability and quality is so random. We appreciate the online access for info from Michael Day at the main store as well our recent experience at the Warehouse store buying from Elizabeth and our excellent delivery team of Fransisco and Nicholas. We've also experienced the outstanding customer service from the manager, Jeff, who will go to great lengths to make sure the customer is satisfied with every stage of the sale and delivery. “I purchased a tub surround in Owasso last night. When I got it home I found it was cracked. Needless to say that was the only one they had. I contacted the Home Depot in downtown Tulsa, but they said they didn’t have one either. But, they had something that would work. On the way to return the Defective surround it blew out of the back of the truck. Never could find it. Went onto the Tulsa store to see what they had, but it didn’t work. I spoke with store manager Brenda, she found the same type of surround that I originally wanted. She went above and beyond and helping me and making sure that I was satisfied customer. I commend her for her diligence! Thank you Brenda!”
