“We were on the hunt for a new stove and we really needed something smart as I am almost totally blind but the big box stores were way more than we could afford. We went into the J & J appliances at 21st and Garnett in Tulsa and right out of blocks the man and the lady that helped us were very helpful at explaining which gas stoves they had in stock. My girlfriend told me that they had a nice LG smart stove, but it was a little more than we were expecting to spend, but we decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on it.

While we were checking out, the lady was very nice. They offered delivery but since we live so far out we told them that we would get a truck and come back and pick it up. The lady also said that she had told somebody else they were given $100 off so she went ahead and gave us that hundred dollars off we wouldn’t even try to haggle she just gave it to us. Very nice of her and I have to say the price we paid for the oven was about a third of the MSRP and the only thing wrong with it was the handle on the oven door was a little messed up which is easy enough to fix with parts. You can order online. At the end of the day after we recoup from going a little over our budget on an oven we are headed back there to pick up a refrigerator and heck we might just start buying any appliances. We need from there. 100% great customer service 100% great oven and 100% great way to treat your customers!

“I bought a yellow jacket tubing bender from here in Witchita, KS. I thought the one with the reverse tubing bender because it's cheaper than buying the reverse bender kit separately. The Witchita store accidentally gave me the bender without the reverse kit, I didn't notice until a month later. I called the Tulsa location and spoke with Doug the manager and he told me he would make it right, I showed up to get the reverse bender kit to be made whole on what I initially bought. Absolutely great experience, no issues, took 5 minutes and there was no dispute at all. I would highly recommend Johnstone supply, they'll do right by you and get you fixed up in a timely manner”

“This store has greatly improved. I have previously gave it a one star. And if they continue to offer a good services they are nowadays. I may even come back and race it up to a five star. The staff they have here now is friendly. Helpful and knowledgeable. Their prices are much more competitive than they used to be. I just recently purchased a dash cam. And I've gone in there to browse for a smartwatch to see what they had to offer. And even though I wasn't purchasing right then and they knew that they still treated me like I was a customer that was looking for something and offered to price match anything I found anywhere else. Of course they have to be carrying that item to do that and I understand that. Anyways, see if you've written them off. Give them another try”
“Happy with the folks at Aaron’s. Today is installation day just ONE day after I placed my order for a new living room set, TV and washer / dryer with affordable payment plans. Being lease to own, the extra prices (APR) are steep, so be cautious, but this doesn’t mean this place doesn’t take care of you. Very satisfied in and out in 45 minutes for multiple items!!!

“Went to buy a new stove and microwave at the Hahn Outlet and greeted by Ben. We needed to take the items home today, but they didn’t have any there. He took the time to look and see if the main store had what we wanted and thankfully they did! We came to the main store and made our way to the stoves and our salesman came over, I can’t recall his name because the first impression was drab. He wasn’t personable or very friendly. However Ben was the polar opposite, he genuinely enjoys his job and likes working with the public. Ben is a great asset to Hahn for sure, his service was exceptional!!”
