“This place is well worth your time. If you are looking for the right tile, you will find it here. But the best thing about Floor and Decor are the employees. I was asked several times by several employees if I needed any help at all on anything. When we decided on a tile, a lot of the floor people were loading for other customers. So my husband went to a girl in the checkout area and she did not hesitate to go load 25 boxes of tile for us. She was very friendly!! Go there for your tile needs !!!! You won’t be disappointed.”

They have a great selection of tile, the staff are friendly, and the manager, Matt Partridge, was awesome. Matt made the process of selecting, ordering, and delivery of the tile extremely easy and he has great communication skills and always makes sure you’re in the loop. I've never been there when they didn't have everything I needed (just jinxed myself). Very friendly counter staff and I've never waited more than a minute or two.
