Give these guys a break, they are in north tulsa, can yall imagine how many times they been robbed, broken into, and shoplifted from? It's a wonder they still in business. They are helpful and right to the point, I frequently visit this store and if anyone truly supports Tulsa businesses they will too. I'm just an auto mechanic but this is my 2 cents.”

“Made my first foray into Woodcraft today in search of a new bandsaw blade. I've just recently gotten into woodworking and needed a new blade. My research pointed me to Timberwolf brand blades, and Woodcraft is the local supplier.
People are out of the world friendly. Store is stuffed with almost everything a woodworker would need and they have classes and an actual shop area. In back is a well stocked lumber area with all kinds of 'usual' and exotic wood.
If woodworking is your thing, and you haven't been to Woodcraft, you need to go.”

“Went to Lowe 1st & then here. After Lowes, this place seemed like heaven. I'm a DIY homeowner but was still treated great. The people working here had answers for everything we needed to buy, do, and walked us to the parts we needed to replace a water heater & waterlines in the wall. We got a 50 gallon quality water heater w/2x warranty, water lines, & delivered compared to a low grade 40 gallon heater at Lowe's w/o delivery for only $80 more. At Locke we had professional helping us. At Lowes we had amateurs who were useless. Great inventory!”
“It was ok its what ive come to expect from Home Depot. Friendly and helpful employees. Clean store. Unlike Lowe's, they have people at the cash register to check you out,not just stand there and watch your wife try to stuff money into the receipt slot and not respond until you specifically ask. This is why home depot will continue to get my business”

“I was looking for a specific fitting for an air bag system. I went to several stores prior including ace hardware where I was just tossed aside after asking for help. The lady said I don’t know and I need to help other customers. When I went into this store the worker Dana , the manager , helped me try and locate a fitting for this air bag. Even though they didn’t have the part she physically wrote down an address to a fitting warehouse and went out of her way to make sure I got what I needed. The customer service from Dana made me feel like my concerns were important. We need more of this and thank you for making my day Dana.”
“There is an Air Gas store in Broken Arrow. The delivery truck runs on Thursday afternoon. If you are not there when the truck unloads you may be out of luck for the welding gas you need. For me all I need an 80 cu ft bottle of Argon. They send 1 bottle a week to the BA store. Not convent for me to do, but I drive to the Peoria store because I can never get that 1 bottle when it comes in. What would it hurt to keep 2 at the BA store?”
