“If I could give more than five stars I would. Drexel paint and body exceeded my expectations. Mark the manager even helped me save $75 when the car rental company wanted to charge me for "excessive dirt on the floor mat". Mark and Kevin did a fantastic job and treated us excellent. Becky in the office is a wonderful person that helped get my rental when the rental company was suppose to be helping. They go the extra mile. Just all around excellent customer service I am very satisfied with my car. They even fixed the recall when I didn't think it was possible due to it being a big recall. Of course I hope I won't need them again... But if I do ... There's no question where I will go. And my car was washed outside and inside detailed. Very highly recommend them”

“This place is outstanding! I went here for the first time the other day to get a new splash guard and my taillight repaired. I was bracing for an estimate of six or seven hundred dollars. Instead, they charged a little over two-hundred for everything! I was very pleasantly surprised. They also told me that there's a recall on my current airbag which is something that I was completely unaware of. So they look out for your safety AND your wallet! “A couple weeks ago I got new/used tires at place called Flash tires shop 2. Used to be known or maybe still is known as “Dennis Tires” They ended up taking the wheels off the tires I was getting and put my wheels on. They were super fast but I wanted all my tires to match the SAME air pressure. I asked them to fix it and they worked on it again and told me to drive down the road and come back. I did just that and my tire pressure was still way off 30, 42, 28, 36. I showed them and they worked on it some more still couldn’t figure it out. I went back there 3 different times within the same day! Then my wheel sensors kept throwing lights on my dash. We told them about it they said they couldn’t do anything. Well today took my car to Texas Tires Tulsa - #32 to get my sensors reset since the other place couldn’t help me and they said they could not find my sensor in my back left tire. The nice guys told me to take my car back to the other shop and tell them they need to fix it and even gave me a quote for a sensor to give to them so they could cover the price. So went there told them that this place told me to go there ONCE AGAIN and tell them they messed my sensors up and it needs to be fixed or they need to pay for it to be fixed. One, I had to use a translator just to communicate exactly what I was telling them and they kept saying that it was not their problem. I had the receipt and everything. My car was fine before they messed with my wheels. I have went up there several times and they were very rude and hateful. Told me to take it to the dealership. They had no tools to scan my car for a sensor or even replace it. Also said they would not give me the money to fix it either. I’m furious. I called Texas Tire and they told me to just come back that they would get me in ASAP and replace it for me. They were very concerned that me as a mother was driving my car around with my baby and couldn’t even check my tire pressure. Texas Tire got me in super quick and fixed my issue. A man named Dusty Harmon had my car done super quick very efficient work and VERY respectful! They took care of me and my car and told me that if I had any issues to bring it back immediately. I have never felt so relieved and comfortable knowing that my car is good to drive now.
Please don’t ever use Flash Tire shop 2! They are awful people to work with. Very rude and disrespectful.

“Great work and even better customer service ! Took my car in for front end damage, told the owner I didn’t need the 100$ grill replaced and he replaced it for free . He also got some scratches out for free (accidental but didn’t even ask me to pay for it) turn around time was very quick ! While I was in there he had what seemed like regulars come in, probably because they know this is the best body shop around. 10/10 recommend. Side note, they also have a very cute shop doggo.”

“After purchasing a 67 GTO Sport Coupe in need of a Clear Glass drivers side window a few years ago, I had all but given up on finding one There are a few coke bottle green ones available out there (and I did buy one just in case, plus 2 clear hard top versions that were guaranteed to be correct for a coupe from a couple other original parts outfits.) Saw B&T add on craigslist, called and Frank answered and immediately knew my dilemma and said "I have the correct one", A bit pricey, but I believe it's the last one available on the planet, so what do ya do? I was a little skeptical after all the scammers and BS I had encountered in my search but took a leap of faith. 5 days later it arrived! Packaged very well and in perfect condition. YAY! I can finish my goat! Thanks Frank! i will be doing more business with you in the near future,”
“I just got my car out of the shop from a total engine replacement and a bunch of new lights came on after getting it back a second time because the shop didn't put a hose back on correctly and the new engine over heated.
The guy who helped me figure out what the new lights mean was great and very kind and patient! I feel bad he had to be out in the rain, though!
While I was waiting for my turn, I was browsing the store. I found some pretty neat stuff I could use to toy around with the inside of my car. Smell goods, cleaning supplies, decorations, sound equipment, etc.
Tbh, I've never actually browzed an auto zone until today. Lol”
