Marvin was so kind! He was patient and helped us get our rental car. During our wait, he dealt with two extremely rude customers. He was patient and helped them in a timely manner. He needs to be given a raise. His customer service skills are 10/10 and is amazing at his job!

First a line inside the terminal to acquire the car, then, without explanation, an even longer and incredibly slow line inside the parking garage to receive the car keys to the assigned car. How does this make sense? It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to take possession of a pre-rented car.
