Worked with Million on Tuesday and took home a new PW7. After having spotty service for the next few days, we took it back and Million set us up with another new box. He was truly helpful and caring—never questioned our claims. If you go into the store, ask for Million! He’ll take care of you.

Canceled after five years of $110.00 a month internet service. Representative AG couldn't say why I was being charged $47.66 other than I used internet for twelve days. Account inactive unable to see actual usage.
