Luisa was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was attentive, patient and kind and resolved many issues with quick wonderful service. Customer said Luisa was the best customer service representative and needed a raise because she was awesome. Luisa convinced a customer to add a new line and take the new Motorola Razr. Fernanda was wonderful and fixed a difficult problem quick. David was very knowledgeable on specific service and taught a couple things. The location was very satisfied and the husband and I had a enjoyable experience and definitely be back.
