“This place is a trap lololol I went in to look one day. First time in right? DUDE! WHAT!? I am an artist and found so many fun and creative products for cheap cheap! The environment is popping. They definitely need a security team walking the store like a sephora though because the stealing is wild. Not any employees fault whatsoever just the people coming through. Probably younger kids learning some life lessons. It's a popular store with cheap and popular items!”
“Kohls is a very great place. They have nice clothing for everyone. And it is NOT expensive. They also have good home decor items and great kitchen items. Love all of their cooking stuff. Their jewelry is very nice and pretty. And great that they now have Sephora in their store.”

“We asked one associate where we would find the item that we were looking for. They weren’t sure, but didn’t hesitate to engage another associate who did know. We purchased our item at a great price, and headed out the door.”
“Kohls is my one stop, most everything clothing store including shoes & bedding.
As I was checking out with t-shirts I saw bags of Werthers Carmel chewy candy. I immediately grabbed a bag. It was the first bag in the bin. When I got home and opened it, the candy was all stuck together - impossible to pull apart without getting sticky hands. The bag of candy was over $9.00. $9.00!! I returned it and showed them how some of the carmel was even out of its wrapper and merging with other pieces. Nothing wrong with the candy other than melted into each piece and a messy, sticky bag. Of course, I showed them how everything was stuck together - I told two people. No one responded. I'm going back tomorrow and buy another bag. I'm quite certain it will be the same with that bag too. So, I told them and if the next bag is the same.....that's a red flag for me about Kohls. Too picky? No, not for $9.00.”

“So much fun stuff, great place to find unique gifts for a good price. Huge candle selection. Love their food are, very fun and interesting things to choose from! Prepare to spend a few hours…lol. Only issue is that the store can be a little cluttered and there are displays everywhere, plus narrow aisles, so getting around with a cart on a busy day is frustration and you are squeezing through areas.”
“My husband and I were on a mission on Saturday afternoon to find a men's light-weight leather jacket for an upcoming event. Being April, it was proving difficult to find one. Our online search found one in stock at Belk in Tulsa (on Olympia). Grace, the sales representative we spoke to, was incredible! We showed her the photo, she immediately knew which jacket it was, and exactly where it was located on a clearance rack. Grace had tremendous knowledge of their inventory. She also has such a bright, friendly demeanor. That was our first visit ever to Belk. We will definitely be shopping there again.”

“Needed a particular item and Macy's was the only store that still had some long sweaters. My office stays at 73 degrees but it gets very cold in my office and the windows do not open! I even bought some Sherpa lined booties! My feet get colder than my hands!”
“I live just down the street from this Neighborhood Walmart and I love shopping here. The employees are always so friendly, especially in the mornings. They greet you with a warm good morning and never mind helping if you need to find something. The store is clean, well stocked, and easy to navigate. It is nice to have a reliable store nearby with great customer service. Whether I need groceries or a quick pick up item I always have a positive experience. Definitely one of the best Walmarts in the area.”

“The tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam’s Club is the best. I had special ordered a tire over the phone with the call center that never arrived. It had been sent to another store by mistake. Jason the department manager tracked it down and let us know he finally got it. He worked us in that day and it was fixed. I won’t go anywhere else for tires.”

I can’t remember this man’s name, I unfortunately didn’t look at the name tag, but if I’m in the area again and see his name I’ll change this! This wonderful man saw me standing for around 5 minutes waiting for help, he asked me if I pressed the button I told him I did twice but didn’t wanna annoying lol(I didn’t know if the button stopped beeping on the thing if that meant someone checked it) this sweet man saw me twice while he was doing his job, asked two separate times how I was waiting and then told me, “three times the charm’” and pushed it himself! It was awesome how someone finally came! That man made my day! He was super kind, super considerate and he knows who he is! I hope yall ask about him and that gentleman gets a raise! (Mind yall I had been there for around 10 and he started stocking items on a shelf and asked customers how they were and if they needed help)”

The produce needs some work, but overall, I am pleased with what they have. A good variety of items, even specialty foods.”
“The store had everything I needed, and I appreciated that. Still, the staff didn’t seem very friendly — they looked stressed and weren’t particularly helpful. I usually shop at Walmart, and honestly, this visit didn’t feel any different. A little more warmth and attentiveness from the employees would’ve made the experience better.”

“Sieh was very helpful. Although this location didn't have the product I was looking for, she was polite and guided me to the location where I could find it. I will not go to the Utica square location because the girl who answers the phone is disinterested in helping customers and would rather be on her phone. Sephora, as a whole, kept my business from going elsewhere for what I needed, entirely because of Sieh. I hope I spelled her name correctly. As I understand that there are no bonuses or commissions, if she asked me for a raise, I would give it to her.”

“I need this to go as far up the chain as possible as to make sire this store is recognized. My husband and I visited this store on April 3,2025 literally about an hr from close and we're there until closing time. He sat his Coach bag down to pick up some clothes and someone walked off with his bag. He was very hysterical about the entire ordeal as he keeps all of his belongings and medication in his bag. His entire life lives in that bag. He was very upset the whole 35 minute drive home. Over an hr after close , he was called by JC Penny and all of the store associates banded together and combed the store looking for his bag and FOUND IT! Someone had put it behind some suits and the staff retrieved it! We are more appreciative than words can say.”
