PetSmart is a large retailer offering a huge variety of products for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, and small animals. Customers find the store always enjoyable, with very nice employees and a manager who provides superb care and is happy to help resolve any issues. The staff is knowledgeable, respectful, and polite, especially in specialized departments. The store is noted for being very clean and for taking very good care of the animals. Many use services like the grooming department, where pets are treated sweetly and the job is done great, leaving pets excited to return. The quality products, great sales, and awesome rewards program add to the positive experience, with customers reporting no major issues over many years of shopping there.
We took our Borgie, which is across between a border collie and a corgi to get groomed. Kiki did a great job and since I had had back surgery, she even helped me take the dog to the car and lift her in. Happy dog happy owner happy PetSmart. And thanks again, Kiki you’re awesome above and beyond.

They have a great selection of crystal cat litter but I wish they sold larger sizes
