Both he and I did the usual checks… lights, tires, coupling, etc. He checked the trailer’s tire straps and found an inop strap ratchet, which would’ve been a big issue if not found until loading my car onto the trailer. He quickly changed my contract to a another trailer, and went through all of the coupling steps and functional checks again. Great, great service by Mike. I appreciate that very much.”
