“We had an outstanding experience with the hot tub installation team (Will, Pure, Luke, & Noah ) from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and treated our home with so much care. They took the time to answer all of our questions, made sure everything was installed perfectly, and walked us through how to operate and maintain the hot tub before they left.
What could have been a stressful process ended up being completely seamless thanks to their attention to detail and incredible customer service. It's clear they take pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the installation. We truly appreciated their friendly attitude, efficiency, and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.

“Justin and the team did an incredible job with the racks I ordered for my home bar. I originally ordered a wine rack and was so impressed by the quality that we had them build some floating shelves to match. Everything fit exactly as measured and shipping was fast and arrived in custom built crates to make sure it all traveled safely. I could not be happier with the product and this room is now a conversation piece of the entire house!!”

“Ever since getting introduced to K&N, I've gotten most all my furniture here. The prices are fair, the quality is great, and the employees are very helpful. Delivery was a breeze too, to the point that when a couch didn't fit through the door, they offered store credit and discounted delivery to replace it with one that would. I'm also obsessed with their fabric section for upholstering! Always very professional and efficient in their work. I swear by K&N. My entire living room is furnished by K&N now.”

“I had an awesome experience shopping here today. Josh was the salesman helping us today. He had great customer service skills and didn’t make me feel pressured like most sales people do. He was close enough to in distance to check in with us but to still give us space to shop. I’ll come back and check in with my friend Josh for the next deal. Store had a lot of good furniture options. Upstairs was hot temperature wise. Alittle uncomfortable but we were offered cool water by Josh. Id come back!”
“Well the first time they got my couch wrong colour and then I told him I wanted to agree they tried to bring another one and it was the same one so they didn’t even remove it all the Truck they had me look at it so I went to the store and I purchased at the store the one I wanted I’m still waiting on them to respond so they could bring me the grey La-Z-Boy couch that is manual Reclining, we’ll see what happens from here. They’ve been very cooperative and nice. Also paid a lot of money and nothing yet!!! I bought this at the outlet the people inside were very kind and not pushy”

“I love this place I have been with them for 8 years they are good on their stuff and on their word go and see them and rent from them they are the best place in Oklahoma City to get your stuff from I rent all my furniture from them never done me wrong I give them a 10 star and plus they are a nice people they will work with you if you don't like what you get they will make it right I will continue getting my stuff from them I will not go nowhere else best place in town I recommend them to everyone just make your payments on time and you won't have to worry about them coming and getting your stuff or calling you that's just a few things that I've gotten from them I have a whole lot more and I have no complaints”
