“Excellent customer service. I was trying to get a little more time out of an old Android and Cecilia went above and beyond to assist. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. We 'tried' something but with the upgrade to the 5G network, looks like my ancient phone needs to be replaced. Cecilia looked at my account (I've been a 'Boostee' forever) and I'm able to get a new phone for $15!!! Stopping by on Monday to pick it up. I'm not very tech savvy so they will transfer everything on the old phone to the new one for me. If I could give this location 100 stars, I would.”

The phone I wanted was slightly higher than my budget would allow but they threw me a discount, which lowered the price enough thst I could get the one o wanted. They are friendly and will work with you!”
