The customer service and atmosphere were great, but I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars because the offers for my gold felt lower than expected. For example, I was initially offered $50 for 3 grams of 14k gold, which is very low compared to current values.”

“I need to seriously brag on Daniel and I believe it was the manager (I didn’t catch his name, he has braids), who said he could help me bc they don’t like dishonest sellers. I explained my situation and I offered $25 cash, $30 gift card to Best Buy or to go buy dinner for their help. Help was given w nothing taken in return. I would have gladly gave it for their help. I had a situation where a seller sold fake jewelry to me and I needed to Prove this was the case so I could try and get my money back for the items off the site bought. He was so gracious, so understanding, so nice and hard working. He didnt complain, quite the opposite, he went above and beyond for me. I definitely will buy f them if I need something f a pawn shop or need to pawn something. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I def would. At Extra Cash Gold & Loan, the experience was night and day. The guy was totally transparent about his numbers. He offered $375 for all three items, which was fair for a pawn shop even though the gear is worth more to me personally (the drone kit alone fetched $550 on eBay). This is a solid, family-owned business that treats you like a human being. 5 stars for honesty and professionalism.”
“Having recently moved to Mustang , I've been checking out the local pawn shops and thrift stores to see what the locals have been selling. The lady I spoke with was very friendly. The shop is very small , so not a lot to choose from compared to the pawn shops I'm used to going to in places like Las Vegas. My understanding they've been in business for over 30 years so that says a lot. I will come back to visit in a few months to see if anything new comes in that I might be interested in.”

“The last time I was in there the management was very courteous. In helping. They are one of a few shops in this part of Oklahoma. Yeah, well, take a look at your products that you have that you need to pawn and give you an AAA good deal. I know they did with me and my tools that I had pawned there. I would suggest them to anyone anytime. Do they provide good service and do they have good hours? Yes on both questions. And they're located conveniently, and it's like southeast 59th, and I-35 just West of I-35.”

“This is a great store! The employees are extremely helpful and concise - you don't feel like you're negotiating with someone that is attempting to take advantage of you or any situation you may be in that may have caused you to have to pawn an item, etc.
They have to deal with many different personalities and some of those personalities can be difficult, but they aren't ride at ALL. They just match the tone/energy of the person dealing with them, and most times they're very humorous to talk to!
They give you a price/deal quickly without any fuss. Plus, they have a lot of GREAT deals at this store! We haven't seen anything that's ridiculously-priced.
This is definitely a store you need to spend a few minutes in, browsing around and maybe even finding that unique treasure you've always wanted! We just love them!”

“frankly the visit was pretty smooth, i didn't hang there for too much because i had an objective. i bought and left. the attender and others there treated me and my brothers right. good variety they have in there for selling.
i recommend you all to go take a look, the you decide they might have something interesting, guns, bows, tools, instruments, games, accesories, as i said a goo variety of stuff for sale with a great price in my personal opinion. i purchased a xbox series x for $200. to this day i have not had any issues with the console or the controller.

“The woman at the front desk was honest and respectful when telling me she wouldn't be able to offer me close to anything that would make me happy for my electric scooter. She explained she couldn't seem to get rid of them when they do come in and that is understandable. She even directed me towards other pawn shops that would be able and willing to give me a better offer. Definitely go in and check them out.”
