“I love shopping here. It has the down home feel. You still have sackers and they take your groceries out to your car for you. On top of that I get more for my money in general over walmart”

“I go to this store often as it is convenient for me. I have had alot of cashiers be rude to me and they wouldn’t let me type my phone number in or tell me if coupons came off. However that all changed when I met a young man named Seth! He is BY FAR THE BEST CASHIER THIS STORE HAS!! HE MAKES SURE I AM TAKEN CARE OF, HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME FIND PRODUCTS I CANT FIND, HE EVEN ALLOWS ME TO TYPE IN MY PHONE NUMBER AND LETS ME KNOW WHEN COUPONS COME OFF!! Ty so much Seth for your amazing customer service! As long as he is still working there, I will continue to shop there!”

“Like a lot of people on medications right now there's been a shortage of certain ones and I called literally every where in Ardmore, Sulphur, Davis in Oklahoma and nothing so I called the Homeland grocery store in Paul's valley and got lucky. They had what I needed. The lady I talked to on the phone was very nice. She had excellent customer service skills which is great considering some of the people I talked to that day hung up on me when I told them why I was calling including someone at my usually pharmacy at the Sulphur Walmart. The ongoing shortages is putting peoples health at risk and apparently this is on the manufacturers end....imagine that....more of Joe Biden's ?‍♂️Bidenomics. Fingers crossed when I need to refill they'll have it. Even tho it's close to if not over 60 miles round trip. It'll be worth it if the have it and to see their customer service rep again. She may be an older person but she does a much much better job then some of these younger people in the same field who just don't care one way or the other. This the second Homeland I've been to and I'm really impressed by their people with their friendly going demeanor. You just don't see that anymore. Remember back in the 90s when Walmart employees had on a vest that said how can I help you. It's not like that anymore. Now you go into a Walmart and need help, you get ignored or they will literally walk away from you. Most of the time the people I've encountered act like you're some kind of burden to them just for asking for some assistance. Both Homeland grocery stores I've been to one in Ardmore Oklahoma and this one in Paul's valley has been very positive. I want to express my gratitude to the lady I seen at the Paul's valley pharmacy that had the meds I needed and to her employer/ manager. You've got a true gem. You want to do whatever you can to keep her around”

“When I lived closer to PV, I used to come here most of the time to do my grocery shopping. I may stop by here every once in a while if I am passing through town, but not all the time anymore.
I’ve always had very nice encounters with staff, even in the auto care section. They recommend some work and didn’t try to sell me on getting it done there or bombard me at all.
They were friendly and made sure they explained everything as clearly as they could.”
