“Caleb assisted us with finding a replacement for our 25 year old washer and dryer. Caleb was knowledgeable, and kind. Caleb listened to us and our needs.Being appliances seem to go out at the same time, we did some pre-shopping for the future. Caleb guided us through the store and when we wanted to look alone, he gave us space. As we were leaving another salesman approached who had sleazy sales tactics and a political agenda to push, we were not at all impressed by him. Ultimately, we left grateful that we were able to work with Caleb and with the purchase we made. Caleb guided us without an agenda and we will be working with him in the future.”

Chuck Henninger was very thorough with helping me find parts for a generic range that I have not been able to find parts for anywhere! Chuck went above and beyond, even driving to the warehouse to grab the part we believed was correct and sent a picture so I knew it was the correct part. Amazing service. Will be doing more business with this distributor going forward.”

“I went to look for living room furniture on Sunday the store was freezing cold it was so uncomfortable my hands were shaking. The rep never asked if we needed help. Only reason am giving 5 stars is because of the 2 delivery guys that brought my furniture they were awesome great with people wish I have gotten their names.”
