“100% honest. I can guarantee this because I’m a veteran mechanic with 30+ years experience, just minus a $50,000 alignment machine. Replaced the whole front end on my 2004 Tahoe and I forgot about the inner tie rods. Took it to Big O and the mechanic told me that I should replace them before paying for the alignment. I did and brought it back and they did the alignment. I was mostly impressed with their honesty and not trying to sell me something I didn’t need. Honesty is key to running a good shop.
