“We have been a customer for RBC for almost 4 decades and more than 4 years at this branch. Our visits are very limited - either a large withdrawal or a foreign currency transaction or for the lockers. The visits have been lesser over the years as our banking needs and ways to banking has changed over the decades. Every visit to this branch has been exceptional service. Even when one of the redundant account had to be closed the service has been remarkable and exceptional. Every staff that we have encountered with have consistently provided the same excellent service. The inside is so clean and tidy and very comfortable.”
