About Pet Valu
Pet Valu at Agincourt Mall is a pet store that offers specialty food, treats, toys, and other products. The staff is very welcoming, extremely helpful, and offers assistance with product selection. The team has a genuine interest in customers and their pets, making recommendations when needed. Prices are reasonable but higher than Walmart, and the store carries items Walmart doesn't. The lady associates were very nice. The store is a convenient place for customers who need items that can't be gotten without going further away.

The staff here has always been very friendly and helpful, and I would like to give a special shout out to Jasmine who has gone above and beyond for me on a number of occasions, specifically when it comes to making the most out of any special offers/promos that are happening at the store when I visit.

It's a small location but the selection is pretty good, and the staff is usually helpful.

I had a great experience at Pet Valu. I was running late and arrived right at closing time (8pm), but the staff were still kind enough to let me in and help me with what I needed, which I really appreciated. Their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile left a very positive impression.
