“I came in to the store today to pick up food for my roommates cat. I wasn't sure what I needed to get or where to find it. Thankfully, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member, Nicole, who was able to immediately bring me to the correct section and run me through my options. I found Nicole to be very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the care of animals, which gave me a lot of confidence that I had come to the right place.

The level of education, care and diligence they put into every interaction with their customers is like nothing I’ve experienced with pet care. I’ve been feeding my cat with their food for 5 years and have never had any issue, every vet visit is positive and I will continue to recommend Naturaw. “We started with NutriCanine about a year ago for our three lucky dogs (Westies). All of them absolutely devour each recipe, and I immediately noticed how elevated their level of excitement became at mealtime. Since I transitioned over to exclusively feeding them NutriCanine (as per our holistic vet’s recommendation), I am shocked how their gut health has improved and how it shows in their whiter, shinier coats. Particularly where there is no more discolouration around their muzzles! Many dogs, like our Westies, have gut sensitivities and allergies, and I have seen this addressed simply by feeding them better quality food, made easy with NutriCanine. I’d like to think of how much money and grief we are saving on vet bills and a better quality of life. Hugely recommend - all dogs deserve it.”
“Everyone who works here is absolutely the best. I switched pet stores just to come here for the staff. They always know my dog and what treats he likes (he’s picky)
And whenever I say to him, do you want to go get treats ? He only heads in the direction to leaside pets and not his previous store. He doesn’t even take treats from the other store anymore. I think it’s safe to say, he is a king and they treat him like one here. They are also very knowledgeable in regards to any product. They sell only the best. Thank you for having such great staff and welcoming store.

“I took my beloved medium-hair cat in for her first groom ever and they were fantastic! She can be a bit spicy, but they did such an excellent job and she came back so fresh, clean, and shiny! She wasn't grumpy at all when she came home and was back to normal in no time!
I am so grateful for their excellent care and they really took their time to do everything I asked, including a bath, brushing, sanitary shave, and nail trim. You can definitely trust that they will treat your pet as their own, and they were so wonderful every step of the way, even reassuring me when I phoned to check in and see how she was doing.

Thus we've been loyal clients of Doggies and Bubbles (and especially their groomer Amir) for nearly 4 years. They treat her with so much love and do an impeccable job.
