About PetSmart
PetSmart is a pet supply and services retailer offering a wide range of products for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and small animals. The store's location is convenient, but parking can be a hassle. Customer service is variable, with some staff members being helpful and knowledgeable, such as Stephanie, who provided excellent support during a delivery issue. However, others may be rude or uncooperative. The store's selection is average, with limited quantities of popular items. They typically carry essential pet items, making it a good option for those in need of a quick purchase. Prices are fair, and services like dog training and pet grooming are available at select locations. Customers have had positive experiences with grooming, particularly with staff like Isabella, who is informative and caring. Some customers have reported negative experiences with staff, while others have received great service. Overall, PetSmart is an average experience, with room for improvement in customer service and inventory management.

Great to have these physical stores but the best deals are on their website so make sure to check it out before buying

We got a very nice and healthy female koi betta. As far as I can tell, they look healthy, I have seen how they change their water and don't look stressed. Nice selection of fish tank plants and small pets.
