I called Fido. I waited 2 days for an appointment. They told me to go to the Fido store. The Pickering fido store told me to go back to the 1888 number. I was very frustrated. I stopped at Vipuls booth. He was patient. He fixed all my issues. He is very easy to talk to and understood my frustration. I will return to Vipul everytime i have a cell phone issue”

“I had an amazing experience with Saie at the Virgin Plus kiosk / Bell at Oshawa mall location.
Saie was incredibly patient and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We ran into some technical issues that took a few hours to resolve (not his fault at all), but he stayed calm, reassuring, and professional the entire time. He kept us updated, made sure we felt supported, and never once made us feel rushed or frustrated.
On top of that, he went out of his way to find us amazing deals and made sure we understood all of our options clearly. It honestly turned what could have been a stressful situation into a really positive experience.
