“The first time my parents ever let me leave the house on my own was with my older friend of a couple years Rory who lived next door back in around 1990 or so I was about 10. I was so excited when my mom agreed to let me go with him. We went for a walk a couple miles to Westcliff mall and into Home Hardware where we each had 10 dollars or so to spend given by our parents. Rory suggested we should buy our each of our parents a gift with the money we had been given. I think I bought some sort of a toolbox for my dad here or something. Every time I go to Westcliff, im so glad to see this place is still here as so many other places have come and gone. Like the fish and chips place and the video rental stores. Rest in Peace Rory”

Pleasant to chat with, was able to locate the product and put the extra effort in to obtain the boxes from higher shelf. Brought it to the cash and loaded it on the cart. Awesome service from the whole team at the Waterdown location. Extra bonus they had a bucket of Halloween candy they were giving out! Thanks for a great experience!”

“Wonderful Experience and Excellent Quality!
I had an amazing experience at the RONA Ancaster location! I purchased fence boards for Christmas gift projects, and I couldn’t have been happier with the quality. The boards were absolutely perfect! just a quick sand, and they were ready to use. It made my projects so much easier and stress-free!
The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our visit special. They even took the time to talk to my daughter about the upcoming Christmas season, which absolutely made her day. She left with the biggest smile, so excited about the holidays.
