“We needed a new vacuum. Looking at reviews online for anything these days is confusing, so I went to Aldershot Home Hardware. Though they didn't have a lot of options in store, they said they could easily order one in if we could find something promising. I told them what I had in mind, and they were able to find a vacuum with great reviews that fit my needs. They had it ready for pickup within a few days. I've used it a few times since then, and I'm loving it. Thanks for making finding a vacuum so easy!”

“I went in today looking for some fusion wet sand sponges and was greeted by Cindy who was so kind and helpful. I spent over half an hour with her speaking about my painting difficulties and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she also genuinely cared about the problem I was having and not just selling me whatever she had. From now on I will be making the trip to visit her for all of my painting needs. She also has some beautiful other pieces as well so definitely worth stopping by. “So I went to home depo at Burloak yesterday interested in getting the 8 foot Boogie man for my halloween display that I do every year. I was really excited to get this guy. I went in and they were sold out at all locations in Ontario. So I asked the manager if I could buy the floor model. The lady there told me no and said their manager there had said that they wouldn't sell the floor model. I thought this was dumb because they don't have any to sell anyways and it doesn't look like they are getting more. So I left disappointed. So I decided to go to the location by guelph line and spoke to the manager Hashmeet Dahalay. HE WAS AMAZING. I asked him the same question and he said not a problem at all. He even took it down himself for me and gave me a discount as it was a floor model. The customer service at that location was WAYYYYYY better than what I had just experienced at the burloak location. Great customer service is something that is lacking in the world right now so I was really happy to see that great customer service does still exsist. Thank you so much Hasmeet for making my day.
