“This was the first time I visited this store looking for a part I needed for home security. The employees were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. I will be back for more products in the future.”
“Small store but the customer service was amazing. They did not have what we were looking for in this store, the sales clerk went out of his way to find out what store had the product we wanted. Very impressed.”
“Good selection of tools, garden items, hardware, and everyday project needs. Staff were helpful, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. A solid local store to visit when you need supplies for small projects or repairs.”
“Had such a great experience at RONA! Arianna was an amazing cashier. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. She made the checkout experience quick and easy, and her positive attitude really stood out. It’s always nice to come across someone who genuinely makes customers feel welcomed. Great customer service and a really pleasant experience overall! Arianna definitely deserves recognition for her hard work.”
“Where do I even start with critiquing the customer service provided by Marconi? (sp?)
What a pleasant and knowledgeable employee! Not only did he take the time to find the parts I needed to replace an outside tap but he also went over and above to explain how to put them together. In addition, he offered some very helpful tips on installation.
When I arrived at the store and headed to the plumbing aisle there was another customer ahead of me who was working with Marconi. He too stated how impressed he was with Marconi's knowledge of the issue he was dealing with.
Great employee with a wealth of knowledge and an abundance of customer service skills!”
“I’ve had consistently great experiences at Home Depot. The store is always clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help, whether you’re looking for tools, building materials, or home improvement advice. The selection of products is excellent, with high-quality brands at competitive prices. Checkout is fast, and online order pickup is convenient and reliable. I highly recommend Home Depot to anyone tackling DIY projects, renovations, or professional construction work. It’s a store I can always count on for quality products and outstanding customer service.”
“Always go here when we need to do repairs or stuff around the house. Prices are always pretty good but the atmosphere is great and the people there working there is very helpful”
