The customer service here is excellent and friendly. The staff are also knowledgeable. It is much better than the Ottawa locations I have visited in regards to service.

Made a small lumber purchase today. Kind and knowledgeable service at the order desk as always. When loading my truck in the yard both young men made a point of protecting my truck from scratches with great recommendations. Pros.
