“Just wanted to thank James and Keith for fixing something that wasn’t really theirs to fix! I had gotten a stain here a week or so ago and realized we needed another can. My sister tried to pick one up from another location for me, but they mixed the colour incorrectly and refused to fix it when she pointed out it wasn’t the right shade (they mixed black instead of grey). We brought it to this location since they had done the original stain, and James offered to try to fix it, mentioning it would be easier if we brought the original can in which we were more than happy to do if it meant not having a full can of unusable stain. We came back the next day, and James was busy helping other customers, so Keith stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure we left with exactly what we needed. Really appreciate the great customer service and willingness to help with a problem they didn’t create. I’ll definitely be making the drive to this location from now on instead of going to the one closer to me. Thank you!!”
