“My wife had a flat tire and damaged rim from a pothole on the 417, 45 minutes from home, had the tow company drop her at this canadian tire as was the closest.Pat and Spencer who I spoke to and whoever else my wife dealt with were all amazing. Called me for confirmation of parts to replace, treated her with dignity and respect, very friendly and helpful, and even stayed a bit later than closing time to get her back on the highway. Thank you all so much for taking care of my family when I couldn't! Amazing customer service during a stressful moment with a screaming baby in the backseat. Thank you all.”
