“This is my first time at this location, and I only came for the car wash so I cannot speak on the store itself or the attendants others have concerns about. However, I have to give them 5 stars to having an open touchless car wash on January 21, 2026 at 7:40 AM. This is dedication to provide their customers the services they paid for. I drove around Newmarket for 40 mins to find no open Shell car washes, and had to drive to the Aurora location. I’m glad I did, because this wash bay is better than both Newmarket locations and is actually operational! 10/10 wash, would definitely recommend.”

“This is the best gas station experience you can ask for. The service is top tier. Very professional and friendly staff. The gentlemen helping me, Alex and Daniel, were wonderful. The touch-less car wash is the best in town, high end with nice products. Always leaves my car spotless and the premium wash with the rain x and coatings always helps it last so much longer than anywhere else I go. Not to mention it is the CLEANEST gas station I have ever been in. The coffee machine in there is a nice touch when I’m grabbing my snacks and drinks. I pretty much use this place as a one stop shop for everything I need before jumping on the highway. I work on the road and travel for a living so I’ve been to a lot of spots and normally wouldn’t write a review for a gas station but I’m always so pleased every time I come in here. It’s worth noting & I always make sure to stop in every time I come through Aurora now. The management of this location should be proud. Thanks for the great service 😊”
