“We purchased wallpaper from Kleins (experience was great) and needed someone to hang the paper. They recommended Amir who was amazing! He did an awesome job. Meticulous and professional. He even made a design suggestion that totally changed the look of the space for the better. If you buy wallpaper from Kleins and need someone to hang absolutely demand for Amir's number!”
“The customer service here was exceptional! We came in with some questions and the lovely gentleman helped us out answered all our questions and gave great advice as well! We left super happy and excited to paint our room!”
“This is my favourite go to place whether I’m working on a small or larger home project. The selection of paint and wallpaper and other items is excellent. I find Janet and Hillary extremely knowledgeable and always ready to share their expertise. I’ve been shopping there for several years. I’ve never been disappointed. I find the calm atmosphere in the store de-stresses me.”
“The best customer service at this location. I can’t ask for more ; specially Jenina she is knowledgeable and very helpful yet very friendly and listening to your needs then give professional advice.I definitely return to buy their painting products.Amazing results after painting.”
“Tried the Moroccan clay in olive. The results turned out wonderful. Scott assisted me through the process as it was my first time with plaster paint. He shared some very helpful info to get the results I wanted. He was very patient and helpful. I will definitely purchase more specialized plaster paints from this location. Great Custer service.”
“I’ve been a Benjamin Moore customer for years and would easily give the brand and most of their stores a solid 5 stars — the paint quality, color matching, and advice are always top-notch. The Bradford location specifically is great when I manage to get there: the staff are super knowledgeable, helpful, and never rush you. They really know their products and always give honest recommendations. The only real downside (and the reason I can’t give 5 stars here) is the hours. Closing at 5 pm on weekdays makes it almost impossible for anyone who works regular hours in Bradford to stop by. By the time I finish work and drive over, they’re already closed. Saturdays aren’t much better for the same reason. I often end up driving to Newmarket or Aurora just to shop after 6 pm. If this location extended hours even to 6:30 or 7 pm on weekdays, it would instantly become my go-to store and easily earn those 5 stars. Hope the owners consider it — the team and selection definitely deserve more local customers!”
“Good customer service here, everything was explained clearly in terms of process and return/exchange policy. And a gentleman offered to sign me up for their membership program which will net me some potential discounts in the future. Paint was mixed quickly too but there were no other customers there though. Cant really beat their 2-for-1 sales so I suggest you wait for those.”
“BIG shout out to my sales rep Mark from the Bradford location! Always calling in to check in and always making sure my supplies are ready for all my paint needs!”
“Nevin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Helped us decide how much paint we needed, which tools and what type of finish would suit our project. Highly recommend visiting this location.”
“Our painter will only work with Benjamin Moore Paint, and based on the quality of work he does we only buy Benjamin Moore and even though I live in Aurora, this Newmarket store is the only Benjamin Moore store I go to because of the the amazing knowledgeable staff and parking. Vince at this store was such a big help on my latest project of cleaning and staining our custom made cedar planter. The painter wanted to power wash the cedar planter and Vince recommended getting a cleaning product instead, since power washing would just push dirt into the wood. He still suggested sanding which the painter planned to do, but based on my patch tests with various semi transparent oil based stains that the painter wanted to use, I told Vince the look I was going for and he felt strongly translucent water based was the better choice. Now that the project is complete, I know what to do for future years to clean and stain the planter ourselves without fear that oil based stain could stain the interlock stone under the planter. Thank you Vince for all your help and patience with me over my many visits. I am absolutely thrilled with the results!”
“I cant recommend this place more! The owner is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The gentleman even walked my paint to my car and I parked on the other side of the lot. Amazing service and amazing people you wont be disappointed! If I could leave 10 stars I would!”
