“I have always had a wonderful experience working with the staff at the Kleinpaint - Benjamin Moore Newmarket East location (located on Leslie Street). This past week, however, during a huge snowstorm, their employee John exceeded all expectations by staying late to wait for me to arrive due to severe road conditions. “I’ve been a Benjamin Moore customer for years and would easily give the brand and most of their stores a solid 5 stars — the paint quality, color matching, and advice are always top-notch.
The Bradford location specifically is great when I manage to get there: the staff are super knowledgeable, helpful, and never rush you. They really know their products and always give honest recommendations.
The only real downside (and the reason I can’t give 5 stars here) is the hours. Closing at 5 pm on weekdays makes it almost impossible for anyone who works regular hours in Bradford to stop by. By the time I finish work and drive over, they’re already closed. Saturdays aren’t much better for the same reason. I often end up driving to Newmarket or Aurora just to shop after 6 pm.
If this location extended hours even to 6:30 or 7 pm on weekdays, it would instantly become my go-to store and easily earn those 5 stars. Hope the owners consider it — the team and selection definitely deserve more local customers!”
