“The staff at this store are so thoughtful, kind, and friendly. The service is always very quick.I’d like to mention two staff members in particular, though. They both work on the customer service desk. About a week ago, I had to return a toilet seat because the one I ordered online was the wrong colour. Karen, who was doing the exchange for me, knowing I had recently had back surgery, recommended a padded toilet seat instead of the hard plastic one. It was such a perfect recommendation. And it was actually less expensive!Then there was Michelle. I was struggling to figure out how to get into the locker for my pick up order. She was just coming out of the washroom and saw me. She not only helped me with the one item, but then, when I couldn’t find the email on my phone to pick up the second item, she worked so hard to get me my item.But it wasn’t just them.
