“I will change my rating if they call me back and touch up what they missed. But so far they haven’t, I had both my cars sprayed here my car was fine. But my truck which I left there and came back later to get, doesn’t look like it’s been touched. The caps for the drilled holes haven’t been removed and the truck only looks like it was only lightly sprayed underneath. Time will tell if they make it right.

I had a Bosch injection pump leaking diesel into the crank case! Was referred to Derek’s diesel.
Monty and Team diagnosed the problem rebuilt the pump and now the truck runs better than it ever has and no more diesel in the oil!

He drove it with me to feel it to detect the problem and feel it first hand, made phone calls and found a reclaim for me to save money from past work. He has connections. It's clear he loves what he does. Amy at front desk is lovely and cares about communicating with customers. My first experience here and I'll only ever come back. I own and operate a service business myself, and I came home thinking I had some things to improve at the homefront.”

“Marshall's is the most reliable, trustworthy mechanic I have found. Now going on 12 years as a customer. When the Chrysler dealership told me I needed a full brake job during the pandemic, Marshalls pointed to the tiny bit of rust (from sitting) but then pointed out the ton of pad left. I got 2 more years out of those brakes, and Marshall's charged $0 for the inspection. They have driven me home/picked me up many times. to the person's review of driver calling in sick - what can you do about that? small family business! You do have to wait for appointments at times, but that is because they are good, honest and fair. If you don't need work, they will tell you. These guys, you can trust.”
