“This was my first major vehicle repair and service with Maiden Family Automotive. Service was excellent, friendly and accurate. As a veteran, Maiden paid thanks offering a veterans discount. During the repair/replacement one additional issue was discovered and I was immediately informed of my options. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time and I was happily on my way. The word Family is apparent in their friendly service and the resident family mascot, who greets every patron 🙂”

“I will change my rating if they call me back and touch up what they missed. But so far they haven’t, I had both my cars sprayed here my car was fine. But my truck which I left there and came back later to get, doesn’t look like it’s been touched. The caps for the drilled holes haven’t been removed and the truck only looks like it was only lightly sprayed underneath. Time will tell if they make it right. Krown ended up make it right, and re-sprayed the truck…great customer service”

“Heading north to the cottage for the weekend and stopped in Barrie to pick up some gas. Starter on the truck died at a stoplight. CAA tow one block away to Northtown AutoPro. Jay and the team got the truck into the shop immediately. Quick diagnosis of a need for a new starter. Back on the road about 1.0 hour later. Excellent customer service and assistance in a pinch. Price was very good as well!”

“Lance spent an unexpected and to be totally honest, an overly generous amount of time trying to find out what was going on with my older but low mileage sedan. He drove it with me to feel it to detect the problem and feel it first hand, made phone calls and found a reclaim for me to save money from past work. He has connections. It's clear he loves what he does. Amy at front desk is lovely and cares about communicating with customers. My first experience here and I'll only ever come back. What a way to win a new customer for a long time. The service lives up to their brand name. I own and operate a service business myself, and I came home thinking I had some things to improve at the homefront.”

“Headed north for August long weekend (on Saturday) and my truck’s transmission decided to pack it in as we rolled through Barrie. I got off at the first exit and as we limped along passed right by Barrie Transmission, coasted in and parked. I popped back in on Tuesday morning not sure whether I would tow the truck closer to home or have it fixed at BT. I made my decision 10 seconds into my conversation with Lorenzo. He was friendly but more importantly, he knew exactly the problems that had always (from new) plagued my truck. He and crew did not just fix my truck - on time and for exactly the price quoted - they gave me back a better version that GM should have built. I honestly wish there was a 10 star rating. I hope I never need another transmission, but if I do, it will be done by these guys. Adam from Oakville”
