“I will change my rating if they call me back and touch up what they missed. But so far they haven’t, I had both my cars sprayed here my car was fine. But my truck which I left there and came back later to get, doesn’t look like it’s been touched. The caps for the drilled holes haven’t been removed and the truck only looks like it was only lightly sprayed underneath. Time will tell if they make it right.
Krown ended up make it right, and re-sprayed the truck…great customer service”

“Lance spent an unexpected and to be totally honest, an overly generous amount of time trying to find out what was going on with my older but low mileage sedan. He drove it with me to feel it to detect the problem and feel it first hand, made phone calls and found a reclaim for me to save money from past work. He has connections. It's clear he loves what he does. Amy at front desk is lovely and cares about communicating with customers. My first experience here and I'll only ever come back.
