“My wife and I were driving down to Barrie from Deep River, Ontario, (a four hour drive away in Eastern Ontario) in our fourteen year old converted wheelchair van when we had a 'catastrophic engine failure'. Stuck at the side of the road two hours away from Barrie, my sister highly recommended Pat at Bumper to Bumper, which she has been using for years. CAA was able to tow us there. Chris and Pat's professionalism and empathy made us feel like we were in good hands. Pat was able to determine that our engine was indeed beyond repair, Chris was able to locate a replacement engine in Florida. At the same time they noticed the exhaust system needed repair and dealt with that as well. Within a week and a half, they had the van ready to go at the quoted estimate. I cannot recommend Pat, Chris and Bumper to Bumper Auto Service enough! Thank you.”

“Marshall's is the most reliable, trustworthy mechanic I have found. Now going on 12 years as a customer. When the Chrysler dealership told me I needed a full brake job during the pandemic, Marshalls pointed to the tiny bit of rust (from sitting) but then pointed out the ton of pad left. I got 2 more years out of those brakes, and Marshall's charged $0 for the inspection. They have driven me home/picked me up many times. to the person's review of driver calling in sick - what can you do about that? small family business! You do have to wait for appointments at times, but that is because they are good, honest and fair. If you don't need work, they will tell you. These guys, you can trust.”
